The goal of this project was to create a consistent, trustworthy, and user-friendly password save/update experience across Edge mobile platforms, increasing save success rates while reducing confusion and errors.
What began as a request for a single mobile app grew into a company-wide digital transformation. I helped Synergy Maritime orchestrate an ecosystem of six applications and physical touchpoints that unified siloed processes, digitised over a million records, and connected sea and shore through one scalable platform
With user-centered approach, the goals was to create an intuitive interface for adobe captivate across users and expand the scope to end users.
